What to do
1. Show the children the cotton swabs and tongue depressors. Talk about what happens in a doctor's office.
2. Pour tempera paints in bedpans or shallow trays.
3. Put tongue depressors, cotton swabs, and paints on the table.
4. Let the children explore painting with these tools on paper.
5. Encourage them to use different colors and different techniques to create unique designs.
