Cool summer smoothies-01


  • milk
  • vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • crushed ice
  • fresh fruit or fruit juice
  • food coloring (optional)
  • blender


What to do

  1. Blend 2 cups ice cream or yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, 1 cup orange juice, and milk as needed to thin the drink out.
  2. Add food coloring, if desired.
  3. Enjoy a cool orange smoothie.
  4. Substitute various fruits or fruit juices to make smoothies of different flavors.
