Instructions
1. Infants and toddlers love to explore and touch things. Create a
magnificent texture board for them to touch.
2. Attach a large piece of felt to the wall using Velcro strips. Be sure to
place it low enough to the ground within easy reach of infants and/or
toddlers.
3. Cut small pieces of a variety of textured materials.
4. Attach the textured pieces to the felt, using sticky Velcro dots.
5. Encourage the infants and toddlers to touch the textured pieces.
6. Be sure to comment on the textures that the children are feeling.
