Instructions

What to do
1. Give each child a piece of wax paper. Then have them place one spoonful of flour on it and
spread to coat.
2. Give each child one large ball of dough (for head) and two smaller balls (for ears). You should
be able to get six bunnies per loaf.
3. Roll the larger ball and then flatten slightly to form the head.
4. Take the two smaller balls and roll on flat surface and shape to form the ears. Attach the ears to
the head.
5. Give each child three raisins. Invite the children to place them where they think the bunnies'
eyes and nose would be.
6. Have children use sesame seeds to create whiskers for their bunnies.
7. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Watch your little bunnies sniffing the air while these are baking and then nibble away at the
finished product.
More to do
Movement: Do the following exercise while the bread is baking.
Mr. Rabbit hop-hop-hopping on my lawn, (hop like a bunny)
When I run out you're always gone. (jog in place)
I wish someday you'd stay and play,
Instead of always hop-hop-hopping away. (hop like a bunny)
