Cardboard toilet paper rolls (two for each child)

Tape

Hole punch

Glue

Scissors

Instructions

What to do
1. Take two toilet paper rolls
and tape them together, side
by side.
2. Punch a hole on the outside
edge of each roll (at the
same end).
3. Ask the children to decorate
their binoculars. They can be
painted, colored with markers
or crayons, or decorated
with stickers.
4. Tie a string through the
punched holes to make a
handle.
5. Go outside and look for birds!
