NAEYC Annual Conference Workshop: Inspiring Professional Growth

The focus of this workshop is to share the key strategies that early childhood leaders need to create a school culture that is intentionally focused on the continuous growth and development of teachers. Our learning together will be centered around some fundamental questions school leaders are facing. We will explore how a Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO) supports each individual's unique desire to reach their full potential. School leaders will leave this session energized! They will have new strategies, tools, and resources to support them as they make the changes needed to build professional accountability into their daily work with teachers.

Boulder Journey School Leadership Institute

​A Boulder Journey School Institute for Early Childhood Directors, Administrators, and Leaders with special guest Susan MacDonald. We will use strategies from Susan’s new book, combined with practices from Boulder Journey School to examine possibilities to:
