This 49-item rating scale assesses levels of quality in school-age programs. Seven major categories are assessed: space and furnishings; health and safety; activities; interactions; program structure; staff development; and supplementary items. It can be used as a self-assessment, for program improvement, in-teacher training programs and by parents. It also includes training guides and score sheets.
