Instructions
1. Put out several different kinds of buttons.
2. Talk to the children about the various characteristics of the buttons; for example, discuss the number of holes in the center, the color, size, shape, and material of the buttons.
3. Select one secret button.
4. Invite the children to take turns asking questions about the characteristics of the button.
5. Answer their questions with a "yes" or "no." The children figure out the secret button through the process of elimination.
