Instructions

1. Any time you have a few minutes to spare is a good time for this interesting
matching game.
2. Prepare this game by attaching a set of 20 bottle caps to the box lid using
the hot glue gun (adult only). Choose random placement or make a pattern.
The box lids become the chairs for the plastic bears. Place a box lid and
twenty plastic sorting bears in the gallon-size plastic zippered bag. (Make
one for the class or one for each child.)
3. During transition times when you need to occupy little minds, give a child
the bag with the Chairs for Bears activity inside.
4. Encourage the child to explore the materials on his own. Encourage the child
to match the bears to the same colored chair.
5. The children can sort the bears by colors or make a pattern by lining them
up on a table.
