Instructions
1. Label the months on each spine of the binders, one for each month of the
school year.
2. Once you have established your weekly themes for the year, divide each
month into weeks. Keep a photocopy of all your planned activities for the
week organized in page protectors in the appropriate binder.
3. At the beginning of each month, gather materials and prepare for the
following month to ensure all items are cut out and ready for use.
4. At the end of the month, store any unused materials inside the page protector
with that activity to be used again next year.
5. Continue in the same manner, rotating through all of the binders each year.
