Instructions

1. Determine how many tubs you will need according to the space available
and how many children will be in the area at one time. Think ahead to
possible spills and wet floors and have plenty of extra towels available to put
on the floor as needed.
2. In advance, fill the tubs halfway with water and place them on the floor or on
a table. Place a washcloth and soap next to each tub.
3. Give each child a dressed baby doll to undress.
4. Show the children proper bathing techniques, such as holding the baby up
and not letting soap get into the baby's eyes.
5. Encourage the children to give their baby doll a bath.
6. When children are finished, give them a towel to dry their baby and help
them to redress the baby.
