1. Ask parents to bring in various healthy foods (see list above).
2. Place the food on a large table.
3. Explain to the children that this is a food fair, and that all of the food is
good for their teeth.
4. Encourage the children to sample the food.
Note: If any of the children have food sensitivities or allergies, do not
include those foods in the tasting.
