Transparent book covers in assorted colors

Instructions

1. Beforehand, cut out a tulip shape for each child from the book covers.

2. Give the children paint in squeeze bottles and invite them to decorate the shape with paintedsquiggles, lines, and dots.

3. When the paint dries, remove the adhesive backing from the material and hang the tulips on asunny window.

4. Cut the book cover material into short, narrow strips and hand them out to the children.
