Instructions

What to do
1. Ask the children to look at the underside of their fingertips and tell you what they see.
2. Give each child a piece of white construction paper.
3. Encourage the children to press one finger on the inkpad and then on the paper.
4. Invite them to form the first letter in their names by pressing their fingerprints on the paper.
5. Some children may wish to write their names using their fingerprints.
