Materials

Large sheets of paper, one page for each letter marker old magazines scissors glue stick

Instructions

1. On each page write a letter of the alphabet and a few words that begin with that letter.

2. It is helpful to work on only one letter each week. Introduce the letter of the week and talk about the sound the letter makes as well as some items that begin with that letter.

3. Ask the children to cut out pictures that begin with that letter from magazines and glue them to the letter page.

4. By the end of the year, all letters will be covered in the book.
