Recipients of orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Orders submitted by 12:00 PM (noon) ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders shipping to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses and items designated for truck delivery are not eligible for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service. Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses

The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized or overweight may not be shipped to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Should your order exceed weight and size standards, you will be asked to provide a street address in lieu of a PO Box. In lieu of an APO/FPO address, you will be asked to provide a Transportation Control Number (TCN), an address and telephone number for the U.S. Consolidation point (freight forwarder), and the receiving address at your destination (international duty station). If this information is unavailable, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.

Drop Ship (Items Shipped from a Manufacturer)

If an item is identified in the availability field or in the product description as “Drop Ship,” the product will ship directly from the manufacturer to your door. Please allow additional time (generally 2 to 6 weeks) for delivery. Items shipped directly from a manufacturer are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) or for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Charges (Outside US, Puerto Rico, and Canada)

For international orders, the variety of shipping methods available to your destination will be researched. When placing an order that will be shipped to a foreign address, please include a phone number at which you can be reached to receive a shipping quote. As soon as your approval is received, your order will be processed for shipment the next day. International shipments are not eligible for expedited (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) shipping. Recipients of orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Return Merchandise Authorization

At Gryphon House, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal!

If you find it necessary to return an item, please call 800-638-0928 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide your order number and billing zip code. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. We are not able to accept returns without an RMA number.

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact our customer support team.

Our Guarantee 

Gryphon House guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange for the return of any unused product, and we will gladly provide you with a full refund, credit or exchange. Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or returns on e-books or web-based products.

Damaged Shipments

Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items. We'll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.

Defective Products

If a product purchased from Gryphon House proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the merchandise. Some products are also covered by extended manufacturer's warranties. Please call 800-638-0928 for more information.
